Q: How do I care for Interwoven textiles?

A: Because all items in the shop are heritage pieces, we always recommend using a trusted dry cleaning service. Within each product description on the site, however, you will find exact specifications on how to care for your items.

Q: I love your selections, but I'd like something in a different size/color, or perhaps something else entirely. Can you help me?

Q: I love the items you sell, but I have no idea how to style them in my space. Can you help?

A: Decorating with artisanal textiles is lots of fun. Feel free to follow Interwoven on Pinterest for the latest inspiration ideas from all over the web. Also, don’t hesitate to e-mail us for personalized suggestions.

Q: How do I purchase a gift for someone?

A: Orders marked as a ‘gift’, will have prices omitted from the invoice. If you would like a special hand-written note, please leave us a message on the order form at checkout.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?

A: Yes! Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Interwoven Gift Card. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Find the gift card here

Q: Do you offer discount codes?

Q: How long does it take to receive my Interwoven shipment?

A: Interwoven ships from Utah with USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business days. For most international orders, once your item is shipped, it should take 7-12 days to arrive depending on customs. For more information regarding our shipping policies, go here

Q: I found something in your shop that I loved, but now it's gone. Will you be getting it back in stock?

A: The good and bad news is, a lot of the products we source at Interwoven are one-of-a-kind. We think that's good, because you can be sure that you're the only person out there with the treasures you find here. Please don't hesitate to contact us, however, if you are looking for something specific. We have great relationships with our suppliers, and may be able to help.

Q: Hey! I live by you! Do you offer local pick-up?

A: Yes… you are welcome to take a look at product in person, and/or pick-up locally. By appointment only. Please get in touch.

Q: I just received an e-mail saying that my shipment is backordered. What does that mean?

A: It simply means your shipment is being made to order. The great news is we place our orders with our supplier at the end of every week. From there, it takes 5-10 days to make, 5-10 days to ship back to us, and 3-5 days to ship to you. So you're looking at only 3-4 weeks of wait time, and we will be updating you throughout the whole process.
