Interwoven currently ships to the USA, and Canada. For international customers, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote.
In-stock orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via the United States Postal Service.
In the event that your purchase is on backorder, you will be notified immediately. Current delivery time on backordered items is an estimated 3-4 weeks.
International orders will ship USPS International unless otherwise requested. International delivery times vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country and MAY be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees which are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs bureau for more information. Generally for large value shipments, you are required to pay an entry fee, plus a certain percentage of the value of the order.
Interwoven will not be held liable for shipments that are lost or stolen.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, at Interwoven, our client's satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not happy with your order, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt to discuss.
If your order has not shipped and you would like to cancel it, you may do so within 12 hours of ordering. You must notify Interwoven via e-mail within the timeframe for authorization.

If a Utah resident, a local sales tax of 6.85% will be added to your order total. This applies to both online and in person purchases.
All printed textiles have irregularities in the printing. These irregularities are not considered defective as they are the nature of the product.
Products may show differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of hand-made products.
All of our products are hand-made by global artisans. One-of-a-kind, woven, and vintage textiles may show signs of wear, small to large patches and other imperfections; we believe this is part of their charm and is not considered a defect. If you feel you have received a defective product, please send an email to info@hellointerwoven within 7 days of receipt to discuss.
